In their narrative, the formidable barrier was the "Fear of Perfection," a hindrance that stifled the exploration of new ideas. The breakthrough came with a transformative mantra: "Let her do what she can, and let the remaining be done by other normal people." This revelation birthed a cascade of ideas, leading to a powerful long-term objective—to establish an "After Us" community for individuals with special needs. The community would offer diverse employment opportunities within its folds, fostering self-sustainability through an inclusive approach. The inception of "Cheerystar’s Baking Company" marks the initial step towards realizing this visionary goal.

The name "Cheerystar," aptly chosen as the embodiment of optimism, pays homage to the Promoter's daughter—a radiant star, optimistic and resilient in her unique world. Aligned with the overarching objective, a pioneering empowerment program is set to launch in late 2024. This initiative aims to train and equip individuals with special needs for inclusive employment opportunities, with the steadfast support of their parents. Drawing from personal experience in training her daughter to contribute to Cheerystar’s Baking Company inclusively, the Promoter envisions a ripple effect of empowerment.
